"The Wedding Game" Gala Premier - 23/01/09

Yes! So last friday, I went to attend the gala premier of "The Wedding Game" starring Fann Wong and Christopher Lee... Well, my sis has been a fan of them since many years back... So my dad asked Raintree for additional tics for the preview, and we had a total of 6 tics! Just enough for the entire family to attend... =)

Hmm... we reached Vivo City at around 6+ for dinner, and after which reached GV at around 7.30pm. The reception was supposed to start at 8pm, and as usual, they started late, at around 8.30pm. Aching legs and back... =x

Ok, but the main point really was... that we saw many many stars!!! and as usual, many many eye candies... if you are too bored of reading, please stop here... =p

Then we saw Chen Meng Qi at the entrance... He was so cute!!! hahaha... =x

Seriously, I regretted not asking him for a picture together! How stupid of me... lol...

But luckily we still managed this shot... actually it was more of like, my sis was trying to steal a shot of him, but he happened to turn around and saw the camera facing him! LOL... It was kind of awkward, then my sis was like "Can I take a picture?"

Then he was like, "Sure!" and came up with a pose... hahaha...

Actually after that passed him a few times, and nobody seems to be paying him any attention... Really regret not going up and asking for a picture together... =(

Then here's another one that we kept passing... Jiang Cheng Xi... haha... He was all the while behind us when we were queuing to get in, and the couple in front of us made him damn paiseh I guess... Cos their conversation went like that:

Guy: Eh! Cheng Xi! (points behind)

Girl: (looks behind) Who?!

Guy: Jiang Cheng Xi!

Girl: (thinks for a while) Who?!

Guy: There, the 'bao bei fu nu bing' that one...

Girl: Who?!

Guy: *gives up*

But the embarrassing thing was, they were talking so loudly, and that guy they are talking about is just like, behind them?! LOL... My sis and I were trying hard to control our laughter...

Then inside the reception area, we kept bumping into him... So my sis decided to just ask him for a shot together... So after taking, my sis was about to leave and then suddenly he stuck out his hand and said "Nice to meet you..." lol! stunned my sister with that... hahaha...

Then there was my dad mingling around and talking to all those that he knew...

It was like, after he finished talking to Zhu Hou Ren, he turned around and asked my sis, who was holding the camera, "So did you take a picture?"

My sis, "No?! I was supposed to take?!?!'

Then my dad kind of sianed and called Zhu Hou Ren back for a shot... LOL... =x

Ok, so that was about it! There were other stars that we didn't manage any shots, like Patricia Mok, Michelle Chong, Dennis Chew... Well, I guess they were too busy taking photos themselves... (ehem, who said I was zilian?! lol... =x)

I didn't get to go into the main cinema, where the stars would come in and talk a bit more, cos we only had 2 tics for that, and my dad and sis were there... haha...

The show... I'd say it's only average bah... Though there were some rather funny scenes, but the entire plot wasn't great, and the movie was quite segmented, I'd say... It was like, no flow! hahaha... But I think hei ren looks quite like xiao gui at certain views... lol... =p

K, off to reunion dinner! Meanwhile, HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR everyone! =D

Oh ya, I forgot to mention, I happened to be seated in the same cinema as David Gan and his friends... hahaha.. luckily didn't say anything bad about the movie after that.. =x
